Will you stop just for nails?
Yes, we’re happy to stop just for nail trims! The cost is $50 for the first pet and $15 for each additional pet. This service ensures your pet’s nails are properly trimmed and maintained without the need for a full grooming session. It’s a quick, convenient way to keep your pets comfortable and healthy. Will you need to use the hose or an outlet to plug in?
Our grooming van is fully self-contained, equipped with a generator for power and a 100-gallon tank for clean water, so we don’t typically need to use your hose or outlet. In rare cases, if we run out of water during a session, we may ask to use your hose or return to our shop to refill the water tank before completing your pet’s grooming. Our goal is to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for both you and your pet!
How often should I have my pet groomed?
We typically recommend grooming your pet every 4 to 6 weeks. Regular grooming isn’t just about keeping your pet looking great—it’s essential for their comfort and health. Pets with coats that tangle easily benefit from frequent upkeep to prevent matting, while shedding breeds need regular grooming to remove loose fur and keep their skin healthy. A consistent grooming schedule ensures your furry friend stays clean, comfortable, and happy year-round!
Can we watch our pet get groomed?
We understand your curiosity and love for your pet, but for their safety, we cannot allow anyone to watch during the grooming process. Grooming involves the use of sharp tools, and pets that become excited or distracted by their owner’s presence are at a higher risk of accidental injury. To ensure a safe and stress-free environment for your pet, we kindly ask that you do not disturb the grooming session. Rest assured, your furry friend is in caring and experienced hands!

What happens if my dog is matted?
If your dog’s coat is matted, our priority is their comfort and well-being. We won’t attempt to brush out severe matting, as this can be extremely painful for your pet. Instead, we will assess the severity and determine the best solution, which often involves shaving the matted areas. Every coat is unique, so we handle this on a case-by-case basis. The good news is that we can work with you to establish a regular grooming schedule to prevent matting in the future. Please note that there is an additional charge for matted pets due to the extra time and care required.
Do you reuse water?
No, we never reuse water. The water we use for each grooming session is always fresh and clean, ensuring the best experience for your pet. Our grooming van is fully equipped with a 100-gallon tank, providing ample clean water for every service, so you can trust that your pet is always getting the highest standard of care.
Is there a weight or size limit?
The weight and size of your pet are at the discretion of the groomer. While we aim to accommodate all breeds, XXL-sized dogs may not fit comfortably in our grooming tub, and we may not be able to offer services for them. Additionally, there is a limited amount of water available on the van, which can sometimes affect what we’re able to accommodate. Do you have warm water?
Yes, we provide warm water for all grooming sessions! Our van is equipped with water heaters to ensure a comfortable experience for your pet year-round. Additionally, we have a heater to keep the environment cozy during the winter months and air conditioning to keep it cool and comfortable in the summer. Your pet’s comfort is our priority, no matter the season!
How should I prepare my pet for grooming?
To help ensure a smooth grooming experience, we recommend taking your pet outside to go to the bathroom before we arrive. Other than that, you don’t need to worry about a thing—just leave the rest to us! We’ll handle everything from start to finish, providing a comfortable and stress-free grooming session for your pet.
